When I visit my native city I never have the time to do anything, made few changes my last trip:
Left my husband at home. ” Meet me in Sardinia in a week or so honey, have a great vacation”
Told my mom. ” Don’t worry about a thing mom, I will take care everything including the grocery shopping”
Best time ever, plenty of time for myself and mom who craves my attention, understandably so since I don’t live down the block.
As far as food, I was in heaven. Did grocery shopping, load on cereal, milk, yogurt and others no cook staples. Did not cook for the whole week.
Sometimes is good to draw a line somewhere!
P.S. Discovered the old city, visited the old market bought wonderful locally fresh fruit and vegetables. Circled the place four time until I found a paid parking, hate how they park in Italy I would be afraid not to find the car on my return.
P.S.S. Noticed great amount of men shopping at the market. Wondering if the women are eating cereal also!!!!
