Sella & Mosca Winery

September 27, 2010

Needed some wine, instead of going to the town store decided to drive half hour away.  I have seen the winery sign numerous times but never got the opportunity or the reason to visit. Well this time I had both, and a was a beautiful day so why not.

I had not idea what to expect, to my surprise I was overjoyed of what I found.  The grounds are perfectly maintained, as well the 500 acres of vineyards and a major archeological  museum that I did not have time to visit this time, but made a mental note for the next.

They are located ten minutes away from the town of Alghero, Sardinia Italy another place rich with culture and history.
