Tonight dinner for us, I will saute with some shallots, butter and white wine.  I saw them in the store couple weeks ago, and the price was quite high.  The season officially starts now here are some information and recipes from Maryland Seafood & Aquaculture.

I wish I hadn’t visited whilst I’m hungry!
Sandwiched between Banana Blossom and Blueberry Cobbler… its just cruel.
