Sure the ideal (or maybe not) for a food photographer is to shoot a well styled picture perfect food, where the food has been treated with all kinds of chemicals, and the bean has to be place just so. Picking the best out of hundreds of bagels, and glue the extra seeds if necessary. In addition the utensils, plates and the all scenario it is just so gorgeous. We all would love to live in a dream world!
The challenge in creativity for a food photographer is to take natural-ordinary food, where there are maybe some imperfections, make look great and accessible to everyone.
